Josh raises £500 for Cancer Research UK

Our pupil Josh raised money for Cancer Research UK with the help of his teachers and fellow pupils. We took part in lots of activities, such as performing a play, selling bacon rolls and hosting a cake sale.

Josh gets a taxi to school everyday and recently, his taxi driver was diagnosed with cancer which prompted Josh to start fundraising.

In February, Josh proudly presented a cheque to David Cianciola from Cancer Research. Mr Cianciola gave a talk to the pupils explaining what the money raised could buy and how this would help others benefit from the hard work everyone had put in.

We are so proud of how hard Josh has worked towards raising this money and all the other pupils who helped him and contributed.
